About Us
Bill’s Meats in Deer Park is owned by Bill Egger and Bill (“Buck”) Forbes. Bill Egger founded the store in 1983 under the name Egger Meats. He did this in honor of his father, John Egger, who was a sausage-maker of Austrian descent. In 1991, Bill Forbes joined the team and he's a familiar face in the store. In 2022, the two Bills partnered in business to offer the same high quality products that their customers have grown to know and love. Their meats are prepared fresh daily and they offer a wide variety of meat packages. Their unique recipes have made their sausage products enormously popular throughout the Northwest. Bill Forbes is certified under HACCP which is a safety program with a strict emphasis on cleanliness. At Bill’s Meats you will always find a clean and friendly atmosphere where quality truly counts.
